More Than Just Bankruptcy
Our law firm handles every imaginable type of consumer debt relief. Sometimes a Chapter 7 liquidation or a Chapter 13 debt reorganization is called for; other times vigorous defense of a state court debt collection lawsuit is in the client's best interest.
What Sets Us Apart
We do our best to do what is best for our clients. We can and do file bankruptcies but only when it is in our clients' best interests, and never as a hasty, knee-jerk reaction to collection calls or a lawsuit. Unlike many other bankruptcy firms, we don't do just bankruptcy. Our practice is more diverse. Bankruptcy should be a final, last resort, not a spur-of-the-moment first choice.
We believe in using the internet and up-to-date computer technology to provide efficient delivery of our legal services, which in turn reduces our clients' out-of-pocket costs.
