Louisiana e-Bankruptcy

Our Online e-Bankruptcy Project is NOT for everyone.  It is designed primarily for consumers with uncomplicated cases who do not qualify for free bankruptcy through Legal Aid, law school-sponsored legal services programs, or Pro Bono organizations.  It is especially beneficial to the elderly and those on Social Security benefits who have family or friends who can assist them in filling out our online forms.

To qualify for our Louisiana Online e-Bankruptcy Project, you must be a resident of the State of Louisiana and:  1) your property must NOT currently be involved in active state-court foreclosure or repossession proceedings, and 2) you must earn less than the median household income for residents of the state, and 3) you must NOT be self-employed.

Our Online e-Bankruptcy Project is a way to actively participate in your bankruptcy case, file your bankruptcy sooner, and --- most importantly to someone in need of bankruptcy relief --- lower your attorneys fee.

We utilize state-of-the-art bankruptcy filing software which allows active client participation in the bankruptcy filing process.  Clients who meeet the above qualifications are able to get started on their case the same day they call us, and can use their personal computers at home to directly enter required information such as lists of assets and debts, income and expenses, and mailing addresses of creditors.

If you are a Louisiana resident, use the contact form on the left to get in touch with us, or send an email to info@billcherbonnier.com, or better yet, pick up the phone between 8 - 5 Monday through Friday, and call us at 504-309-3304.
